About Yurenji Digital
Yurenji Digital is a content marketing agency for high-value businesses, brands and creators — done for you or done with you, in English and Japanese. We help grow clients' revenue, trust, audience and views through content, storytelling and personal brand on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and Facebook, and we are paid when the content pays: a monthly retainer with no upfront fee (Done with you), or a monthly retainer with an optional revenue-share plan (Done for you). We specialise in Japan-focused creators and educators.
Ren Takemoto (竹本 漣) — founder and representative
Ren runs strategy, research, content and the systems we build, and reviews every piece before it goes live. He was born in Gifu, spent seven years in South Carolina, and is based in Shiga, so he works natively in English and Japanese rather than translating. He grew up on social media and content — posting videos online since he was a kid and learning how platforms and audiences work by doing it — and he also guides private tours in Kyoto, where he learned that people remember how something made them feel, not the facts.
Certificates: HubSpot Academy (Social Media; Social Media Marketing II; Digital Advertising) and Semrush Academy (Become an AI-Powered Marketer). None of these makes anyone an expert on its own; they are the shared vocabulary we test our work against.
Yuji Kozawa (小沢 祐士) — co-founder
Yuji leads sales, business development and client relationships — and his job is to tell people plainly when we are not the right fit.
