| Prices | Done with you (we help you install our system, run it and grow it; you produce and build, we plan, coach weekly and review): USD 5,000 / ¥750,000 a month, no upfront or setup fee; minimum 3 months, then month to month. It covers one platform, a core funnel built around your offer and audience (for example a lead magnet, booking or application flow, sales page, webinar, video sales letter or DM flow — whatever fits), with follow-up emails, tracking and a monthly revenue dashboard, paid amplification: we pick your posts that already perform organically, turn them into ad creatives and test them on your own ad account, so your budget goes behind proof (ad spend is paid by you directly to the platform and is not included), weekly coaching, reviews and monthly reporting. Each extra platform adds USD 1,000 / ¥150,000 a month and each additional funnel piece adds USD 600 / ¥90,000 a month (scoped to your offer on the order form). No revenue share. Done for you — Growth Partnership (we install and run it), no setup fee, minimum 3 months, then month to month. Two plans: Partner — USD 7,500 / ¥1,125,000 a month plus 10% of net attributed revenue; or Retainer — USD 15,000 / ¥2,250,000 a month, no revenue share. Both cover one platform at standard volume (up to 12 short-form pieces a month per platform, scripted and edited (one long-form video counts as four); high volume: up to 24), platform management (scheduling, replies, weekly insights), running the core funnel, and paid amplification management (we turn your best-performing organic posts into ad creatives and run and optimise the campaigns in your own ad accounts within the monthly budget you approve in writing; ad spend is paid by you directly to the platform and is not included). Each extra platform adds USD 3,000 / ¥450,000 a month; high volume adds USD 2,000 / ¥300,000 a month per platform; each additional funnel piece adds USD 1,500 / ¥225,000 a month. Content Audit (one-off): USD 1,500 / ¥225,000, credited in full against your first Done with you or Done for you month if you start within 30 days. Your exact total is set on a scoping call and written into your order form before payment. Founding Partners (our first 3 Done with you clients, in exchange for an honest case study under our release; the reduced fee is disclosed in any testimonial): USD 2,500 / ¥375,000 a month for the first 6 months, then the standard monthly fee. Net attributed revenue (Done for you Partner plan and the guarantee) = cash collected through tracked links, codes, pages, emails, ads and booking flows we built or run (calls booked through our flow and closed within 60 days included; rebuilt assets only above their previous three-month average), minus refunds, chargebacks, taxes, card fees and the ad spend on campaigns we manage. Sponsorships, platform ad revenue and affiliate income are excluded. The share applies during the agreement and for 6 months after it ends on assets you keep using. Digital products (e-books, PDF, English, delivered through Whop): Nobody’s Watching, Evidence First, The Assembly Line, From Viewer to Buyer and Proof of Human USD 59 each; Every Platform Has a Job, Known for Something and Content That Brings Clients USD 79 each; The Content-to-Revenue Library (five books: Content That Brings Clients, From Viewer to Buyer, Every Platform Has a Job, Evidence First, Known for Something) USD 249. These are the total prices (as a tax-exempt business we add no Japanese consumption tax); no delivery charge. Depending on the buyer’s country, local VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout and is shown there before payment. The Content-to-Revenue Playbook is free. Consumption tax: all service prices exclude tax. Clients in Japan see a separate consumption-tax equivalent (10%) on the invoice; we are not currently a registered qualified invoice issuer. No consumption tax is added for clients outside Japan. |

| Delivery | Done with you and Done for you: a kickoff within 24 hours of payment; a first action plan and quick win within 72 hours; the first content, capture page and follow-up email live within 7 days after we receive the access and approvals listed in your order form; the 90-day plan within 10 days; the full launch (core funnel and agreed weekly promotion) usually within about 21 days, on the Launch date written in your order form, depending on your approvals. | Cancellation & refunds | Done with you: minimum term 3 months, then cancel with 30 days' written notice. You may cancel with a full refund before work starts; fees are not refunded once work starts (except under the guarantee below). Done for you: minimum term 3 months, then cancel with 30 days' written notice. Retainers are paid in advance and the current month is not refunded. On the Partner plan, the revenue share continues for 6 months after the end on revenue from assets you keep using (not if the agreement ends because of our material breach). Pays-for-itself guarantee (conditions apply), both services: if, 90 days after launch, net attributed revenue is below the fees you paid for the first three months, we provide the next month without a monthly fee or retainer (no cash refund). Conditions: access within 5 business days, approvals within 3 business days, launch within 14 days of delivery, the agreed weekly promotion carried out, the offer kept on sale and tracking intact. Platform suspensions, ad-account restrictions, offer changes without notice and your own legal issues are excluded. Delivery guarantee: items we miss for reasons within our control are credited. Content Audit: full refund before work starts; not refundable after delivery. Digital products: not refundable once delivered, except for a faulty file, a failed download or a product materially different from its description, reported within 7 days. |

| Results | We do not guarantee views, followers, revenue, enquiries, return on ad spend, cost per result, ad approval or any other result. The only performance-related commitment is the conditional pays-for-itself guarantee described under Cancellation & refunds. |
