Operator. Ren Takemoto, sole proprietor trading as Yurenji Digital (the "Operator"), 2-2 Umeda 1-chome, Kita-ku, Osaka 530-0001, Osaka Ekimae Dai-2 Building 12-12, Japan. Contact: hello@yurenjidigital.com.
What we collect. Through this website, only what you type into our forms. Work with us assessment: your name and email address (required); optionally a link to your profile or website, a phone number, your type of business, what you sell and its price range, a monthly revenue range, the platforms you use, who creates your content, your yes/no answers to ten quick-check questions, your situation, goals, obstacles, the kind of help you want and any notes; if you book a call, the date, time and time zone you choose. Free playbook form: your name and email address. Each form also records whether you ticked the optional box to receive occasional tips. If you book a call, we send only a confirmation, a short reminder two days before and the call link about an hour before. If you request the playbook, we email you the download link once.
Why we use it. To reply to you, prepare the free audit you asked for, send the playbook you requested, arrange and hold a call you booked, prepare a Content Audit you order and, if you become a client, perform our contract with you. We send occasional tips by email only if you ticked the optional box, and every such email has an unsubscribe link. We do not sell your data. For people in the EU or UK, our legal bases are steps you asked us to take before a contract (your enquiry, audit and call), our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries, and your consent for optional tips.
Business contacts from public sources. To offer our services to businesses, we may record business contact details that a company or its staff have published on their own website or public business profile: name, role, company and business email address. We use them only to send individual business proposals, each identifying us and explaining how to opt out, and we record where each address was published. If you ask us to stop, we stop immediately and keep your address on a do-not-contact list so it is never used again. We do not buy contact lists.
Service providers. Form submissions and call bookings go directly to our own Google account through a Google Apps Script web app; we use no other form service. Call bookings and our email are handled by Google (Gmail or Google Workspace, Google Calendar and Google Meet), operated by Google LLC in the United States. The United States has no single comprehensive federal privacy law; Google processes this data under its own published data-protection terms. By default we use no cookies and load no third-party resources when you view our pages. If we switch on Google Analytics (Google LLC, United States), it runs only after you click Accept on the banner; see our Cookie Policy.
Consent to transfer. Because these providers are outside Japan, we ask for your consent before you submit (Act on the Protection of Personal Information, Article 28). If you do not consent, email us directly at hello@yurenjidigital.com instead.
Retention. Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as required by Japanese tax law. Business contacts collected from public sources are deleted 12 months after our last contact, except the do-not-contact list, which is kept so that no one who opted out is contacted again.
Your rights. You may ask us to disclose, correct, stop using or delete your personal data at any time by emailing hello@yurenjidigital.com. We reply within 14 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
Security. Submissions are sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Personal data is kept only in our Google account, protected by two-factor authentication, and access is limited to the Operator and co-founder Yuji Kozawa (小沢祐士). Anyone handling client data for us is bound by a written confidentiality undertaking. If a breach occurs that may harm you, we will notify you and, where required, the Personal Information Protection Commission.
Service providers and transfers outside Japan. We use these providers, which store or process data on servers outside Japan (mainly in the United States): Google LLC (Google Workspace — Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Sheets — and, only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics); Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and security, which processes IP addresses and technical logs); Stripe (payment processing for our services); and Whop, Inc. (sales of our digital books — Whop processes your purchase under its own terms and privacy policy and shares your name and email with us so we can deliver and support your purchase); and Anthropic, PBC (the Claude AI assistant, used to draft and summarise our working documents and, only for clients who opt in, to answer routine questions — always labelled as AI, with a person reviewing any advice; we remove names where we can and never use it to make automated decisions about you). Each provider maintains, through its contract terms and security programme, measures equivalent to those Japanese law requires of businesses handling personal data. The United States has no single comprehensive federal privacy law; personal data there is protected by sector-specific federal laws and by state laws such as California’s. On request we will give you more information about these measures.
Changes. We will update the date above when this policy changes.
