Refund Policy
This policy explains when you get money back. It matches our Legal Notice under Japan's Specified Commercial Transactions Act (特定商取引法) and our Client Agreement. Where any wording differs, the signed agreement governs.
Done with you
Monthly retainer: invoiced in advance at the start of each month; no upfront fee. Before work starts, you can cancel for a full refund. Minimum term 3 months, then month to month with 30 days' written notice. Fees are not refunded once work starts, except under the guarantee below.
Done for you
Minimum term 3 months, then month to month with 30 days' written notice. Retainers are paid in advance and the current month is not refunded. On the Partner plan, revenue share already paid on revenue that is later refunded is credited back.
Pays-for-itself guarantee (conditions apply)
Done with you: if, 90 days after launch, revenue through the funnel we built with you is below the monthly fees you paid for the first three months, the next month of coaching comes without a monthly fee. There is no cash refund under this guarantee.
Done for you: if, 90 days after launch, net attributed revenue is below the first three months' retainers, we provide the next month without a retainer. There is no cash refund under this guarantee.
Conditions: you provide access and information within 5 business days of a request, give approvals within 3 business days, launch within 14 days of delivery, carry out the weekly promotion agreed in your order form, keep the offer on sale at the agreed price, keep tracking intact and join the weekly session or reply in writing. If we think a condition is not being met we tell you in writing within 5 business days and give you 7 days to correct it.
Not covered: platform suspensions, bans or outages; changing or stopping the offer without telling us; your own legal, regulatory or reputational problems.
Delivery guarantee
If we miss a scheduled deliverable for reasons within our control, that item is credited on your next invoice.
Content Audit
Full refund before work begins. Once delivered it is not refundable: it is research you keep and can use whether or not you hire us.
Digital products
Because of their nature, downloaded products cannot be returned. If a file is faulty, cannot be downloaded, or differs significantly from its description, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will replace it or refund it in full.
