What happens on the call

1. Your offer and numbers. What you sell, the price, roughly what you sell a month, and your goal for the next 90 days.
2. Where the gaps are. The biggest gaps between your content and your sales.
3. Scope. Done with you or Done for you, which platforms and which funnel pieces.
4. Next step. If you want, your order form with the exact total within one business day.

How the first 90 days work

• Days 1–7 · Start — kickoff within 24 hours, a quick win within 72 hours, and your first content, capture page and follow-up email live by day 7.
• Days 8–21 · Build — your 90-day plan by day 10; the full core funnel and weekly promotion launch around day 21. Done with you: you build with our templates and reviews. Done for you: we build it.
• Day 22 onward · Run and improve — weekly sessions, Friday updates, a monthly revenue report and reviews at days 30, 60 and 90.

Questions people ask before the call

Is it safe to work with a new agency?

Every price and add-on is published in our Legal Notice, your exact total is written into your order form before you pay, everything is built in your own accounts, and a conditional pays-for-itself guarantee applies.

What will it cost?

Done with you: a monthly retainer with no upfront fee, covering weekly coaching, reviews, reporting and paid-ad setup for your proven posts; minimum 3 months, then month to month; no revenue share. Done for you: no setup fee; a monthly retainer (Retainer plan) or a lower retainer plus a revenue share (Partner plan), minimum 3 months. Your exact total depends on platforms and funnel pieces and is written into your order form before you pay. Every price is in our Legal Notice.

Do you guarantee results?

We never promise a revenue figure. Done with you — if, 90 days after launch, revenue through the funnel we built with you is below the monthly fees you paid for the first three months, the next month of coaching comes without a monthly fee. Done for you — if net attributed revenue is below the first three months' retainers, you get the next month without a retainer. No cash refunds; it applies when you carried out the agreed actions.

How much of my time does it take?

Done with you: about 3–5 hours a week producing and building, plus a weekly session. Done for you: footage, approvals within 3 business days and a weekly session.

Do you make my videos?

In Done for you we script and edit; you film or send footage. In Done with you you produce and we plan, coach and review. We do not film.

Do you use AI?

Yes, as a labelled, human-reviewed drafting assistant. We never enter your buyers' personal data into AI tools and never fake people, reviews or proof.
