Three YouTube videos that turn cold leads into ready buyers
For service businesses, the most valuable YouTube videos are rarely the most viewed. They are the ones prospects watch before they talk to you.
1. The case-study breakdown
Not just a testimonial — a step-by-step explanation of how a specific result was produced, so prospects can picture themselves in the client’s position. Include a short clip of the client. Always get written permission, and disclose any discount.
2. The free course
An hour or so covering your whole approach, start to finish. It often starts slowly and keeps finding viewers for months. Buyers of done-for-you services pay for implementation; seeing the whole roadmap often shows them it is more than they want to do alone.
3. The search-titled how-to
Fifteen to twenty minutes, titled the way people type their problem into search. Fewer viewers, far more of them ready to act.
Use them before the call
Turn every recurring sales objection into a short, honest video and add it to the emails people receive between booking and the call. The best objection handling happens before the call starts.
Calls to action
- A short mention of how you help after the first main section.
- Two options at the end: book a call, or watch the free course.
- End screens that point to the next most useful video.
Never promise in the title what the video does not deliver.
